Pressreader is a "digital newstand" with users able to read thousands of publications online. It is very easy to use and from personal experience, especially good when accessing on tablets! In order to access, it normally charges around $30 a month However, it also partners with a large number of Libraries/Higher Education facilities to give its members free access. This is my experience with Wakefield Library kindly providing access.  This is where the loophole lies!....
